A lovely vintage kilim, handwoven in central Turkey circa 1960 with a single medallion design on an aubergine field and light grey border. Note the interesting signature of the weaver, Ayse Gul, at the top of the field.

This kilim is in very good condition with minimal wear. The fringes and selvedges are original and secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
