A wonderful antique Bakhtiar rug, hand woven circa 1910. The design features a central medallion surrounded by stylised trees and flowers on a deep indigo field. Lovely wool quality and great secondary colours of blues, greens and reds.

This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
