An exceptional silk Turkish rug, handwoven in Istanbul circa 1980 with a Mihrab tree of life design on a soft blue field and fabulous secondary colours of pink, red green and gold. 8x8 knots per cm woven on a silk foundation.

Size: 1.33m x 0.89m (4ft 4in x 2ft 11in).

This rug is in excellent original condition with minimal wear. The fringes and selvedges are original and secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
