A wonderful antique Bakhtiar rug, hand woven circa 1910. The design features a central vase flanked by 2 birds and includes flowers and cypress trees on a terracotta field. Lovely wool quality and great secondary colours of blues, greens and gold.

This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
